What are your Terms & Conditions, including deposits and cancellations?
Our Terms & Conditions outline many important policies. Please take the time to review as all of our travelers are required to read our Terms & Conditions in full and to complete, sign and return our Traveler Information and Terms & Conditions, Waiver and Release of Liability.
How much is the deposit? When is it due?
The deposit is $1,000 per person and must be received to begin confirmation of an itinerary. Payment of your deposit indicates agreement to our Terms & Conditions and agreement to complete, sign and return our Traveler Information and Terms & Conditions, Waiver and Release of Liability.
When is my final payment due?
Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, wire transfer and personal/cashier’s check. 3% discount is given for any payment made by check or wire.
